One vote per person, and no names: the crowd is anonymous on purpose, which is what makes it say what it thinks. A paid seat carries a name because somebody was paid to put one there.
What they say it does
Just talk, and the apps your group or friends needs appear in the chat. "We're 4 friends training for a marathon, build us a tracker" becomes a real app: leaderboard, streaks, a $500 pot, and the AI poking whoever skips a run.
