An MCP memory server whose entity-graph spreading recall reassembles the chain of facts a vector store can't reach. On cross-vocabulary multi-hop questions a single vector lookup scores 0.00 and Cogni answers. No LLM and no GPU in the retrieval path. Works with any model.
