Vendors email invoices to an address for each property. inletAP extracts every field with its own confidence score and shows the line of source text it read. Coding rules set the GL account, approvals route by amount tier and by property, and approved bills post to QuickBooks Online or export as a CSV whose columns you define yourself. It moves no money.
